Bahamondez, Alvarez & Zegers appoints Marco Salgado new partner of its Corporate Practice Group.

In January this year, Mr. Salgado became a partner of the Corporate Practice Group of the Firm. He holds a degree a J.D (Licenciado en Ciencias Jurídicas y Sociales) and a Master in Business Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. With professional, academic and teaching experience both in Chile and abroad, Mr. Salgado advises local and foreign clients mainly in Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Governance and Dispute Resolution.
