  • FEN Ventures III Fund LP: Advised on the preparation and negotiation of a SAFE for investment in Dapta of US$350,000 in a seed round.
  • FEN Ventures III Fund LP: Advised on a US$350,000 investment in Kunzapp LLC via SAFE, in a seed investment round. We also provided advice in negotiation, conducting due diligence, and drafting of investment and ancillary documents.
