Catalina Amenábar concentrates her practice in dispute resolution. She has participated as counsel, administrative secretary of the Arbitral Tribunal, and arbitrator in highly complex civil and commercial matters in various sectors, such as construction, mining, electricity, consumer and technology. She has also participated in commercial and investment arbitrations under the main international rules (ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL, CAM/CCBC, among others).
Catalina was appointed in 2017 as a Junior Arbitrator of CAM Santiago and that year she attended a training program at the International Chamber of Commerce “ICC Institute Training for Tribunal Secretaries” in Paris, France.
