Fernando Ponce focuses his practice mainly in the area of dispute resolution and civil and commercial litigation, as well as consumer protection. He has participated in the development of judicial strategies in the handling of highly complex civil, commercial and arbitration litigation, mainly in the areas of construction, mining, electricity, consumer, among others for both domestic and foreign clients.
