Joaquín concentrates his practice on the area of Regulated Markets, especially in matters of permits and administrative procedures, including risk management, regulatory consultations, contentious-administrative matters, participation in public procurement processes, sanctioning procedures before various sectorial authorities and litigation before specialized courts.
Joaquín advises clients in different sectors such as telecommunications, healthcare, food and beverage, chemical-pharmaceutical, construction, infrastructure, among others.
